Investment Criteria

The following are the general investment requirements for Strategic Technologies acquisitions.

Stage of Development: Established businesses with history of Profitability and Growth (At least 5 Years old). 
Company Size: Earnings before taxes of at least $500k to $1 million 
Management: Must have strong track record and be in place or already identified as part of an acquisition. Meaningful ownership stakes and appropriate incentives are important. 
Investment Purpose: • Strategic Acquisitions 
Industry: Targeted industries include Technology, Telecommunications and high value-added manufacturing. 
Geography: The focus is on United States market at the moment 
Control: Will seek a controlling interest
